About the Founders
Caroline Rothwell Gerstein and Jessie May Wolfe have each served as trusted consultants and coaches to private clients and leading corporations (see logos below) since 2015. Together, they founded The Bridge to unify worlds and perspectives — bringing a feminine gaze to business, spirituality, and wellness.
As brand architects, they shaped The Bridge around four living pillars: Earth, Self, Language, and Currency. These pillars guide the community’s evolution and call in women whose work and interests align with these essential forces.
The Bridge is rooted in a spirit of reciprocity.
Our ethos is to live in mutual support — creating a safe, nourishing environment where women can go deep, speak truth, and share vision, all with the aim of amplifying the power, wisdom, and visibility of women for the collective good.

The Bridge is a co-created community by Founders Jessie May Wolfe & Caroline Rothwell Gerstein. What began as an event and concept for Women’s Month in 2024 has organically grown into a community of women around the globe seeking to bridge their wisdom and love.
